About the accreditations

  1. The accreditation can be collected from the Accreditations & Invitations desk, located on the ground floor at the back of the Cinema São Jorge, from 3 September, during the following hours:

    3 SEP | 17h30-00h00
    4-13 SEP | 12h30-00h00

  2. The accreditation is personal and non-transferable. The Festival's organisation and Cinema São Jorge team may ask to show an ID.

  3. The accreditation must be presented for booking and collection of tickets, and at the entrance of screenings.

  4. The accreditation gives access to all screenings and parallel events at Cinema São Jorge, subject to availability, excluding workshops, Opening and Closing Screenings.

  5. It is not possible to book tickets for screenings happening at the same time.

  6. The accreditation allows you to request up to 4 individual tickets per day.

  7. All tickets must be booked via the online form (link) at least one day in advance.

  8. Ticket allocation is subject to seat availability and confirmation from the MOTELX organisation. Confirmation emails will be sent by 22h00 on the day before the screening, except on 3 September, when confirmations will be sent by 12h00 of the same day.

  9. Tickets must be collected at the Accreditations & Invitations desk no later than 30 minutes before the screening starts. After this time, the organisation reserves the right to sell any uncollected tickets, especially for high-demand screenings.

Sobre as acreditações

  1. A acreditação pode ser levantada no balcão Acreditações & Convites situado no piso 0 do Cinema São Jorge, ao fundo, a partir do dia 3 de Setembro, nos seguintes horários:

    3 SET | 17h30-00h00
    4-13 SET | 12h30-00h00

  2. A acreditação é pessoal e intransmissível. A organização do Festival e a equipa do Cinema São Jorge poderá solicitar ao portador um documento de identificação.

  3. A acreditação deve ser apresentada para efeitos de reserva e levantamento de bilhetes, bem como à entrada das sessões.

  4. A acreditação dá direito a um bilhete individual, sujeito à disponibilidade de lugares, para todas as sessões e eventos paralelos no Cinema São Jorge, com excepção de workshops, da Sessão de Abertura e da Sessão de Encerramento.

  5. Não é possível reservar bilhetes para sessões que decorram em simultâneo.

  6. A acreditação permite levantar até 4 bilhetes por dia.

  7. Todos os bilhetes devem ser reservados através do formulário online (link) com pelo menos 1 dia de antecedência.

  8. A atribuição de bilhetes está sujeita à confirmação de disponibilidade de lugares por parte da organização do MOTELX. As confirmações serão enviadas por email até às 22h00 do dia anterior à sessão, com excepção do dia 3 de Setembro, em que serão enviadas até às 12h00 do próprio dia.

  9. Os bilhetes devem ser levantados no balcão Acreditações & Convites até 30 minutos antes do início da sessão. Após essa hora, a organização reserva-se o direito de colocar para venda os bilhetes não levantados, sobretudo em sessões de elevada procura.
